Depression and anxiety have reached epidemic proportions in our culture. Untold millions of people search for help — in traditional psychotherapy and/or drugs. Yet, most of them still struggle. There is a misinformed belief among many professionals that the best you can do with anxiety and depression is to manage it.

This belief is limiting, self-fulfilling and damaging. Mel lays this myth to rest as he shares his unique approach to overcoming anxiety and depression.

Although anxiety and depression present as seemingly differently disorders, they have a very fundamental relationship to one another. Anxiety manifests due to the measuring and analyzing that disrupts our flow of life.

Depression is typically a result of alienation and separation, rooted in misdirected beliefs and thinking. Although emotional, physical and psychological traumas may contribute to these disorders, they can be overcome with a new way of thinking.

This telecourse will assist you in learning how to:

  • Understand how your worldview & beliefs limit your life experience
  • Witness how thought participates in creating reality
  • Break free from the groove of old thought and emotions
  • Experience the unlimited potentiality of your life
  • End the relentless measuring, comparing and analyzing
  • Turn your mind into your ally
  • Live a fully participatory and creative life, unencumbered by fear
